Hello everyone! I hope you've had a great week and your new years' resolutions are still going to plan. Here's what I came across this week:
What I watched
It's likely you've seen this clip already or at least heard of it, but I thought that it definitely deserved another share. On Sunday, Oprah Winfrey was the first black woman to receive the Golden Globes' Cecil B. DeMille award. Her ensuing acceptance speech was pretty powerful.

What tool I discovered
When setting up a new social media account, many platforms offer you the ability to add a URL to your profile. However, more often than not, it's only one field and you can't add multiple addresses that link off to various other sites. If you don't have a website, this might be an issue for you when you have lots of social handles but no way to share them. Linkkle solves this issue. Using Linkkle you can add up to 10 different links in one place, giving you the ability to replace your social media profile URL with a Linkkle profile URL, where all your web addresses are neatly visible on one page. It might not be useful to everyone, but think of it as an online business card for those who don't have (or don't need) and entire website for themselves. Oh, and it's free!
What else I watched
Sleep is vital, and I guarantee that you're not getting enough of it. It seems like people's lack of sleep is a badge of honour these days, when in fact it really shouldn't be applauded or encouraged. If you don't believe me, here's a video I watched during the week about what happens to your body and brain if you don't get enough sleep. You can thank me after your nap!
