It’s the first Friday of January. Happy New Year! Here are 5 things I’d like to share with you today:
The latest movie from Taika Waititi, Jojo Rabbit tells the story of a lonely German boy who discovers that his mother is hiding a Jewish girl in their attic. Aided only by his imaginary friend (Adolf Hitler), Jojo must confront his blind nationalism as World War II continues to rage on. It’s both hilarious and heartbreaking. Highly recommend it.
A family of eight commissioned one the largest campervans in the world so that they could explore Australia’s most remote regions for months at a time. It’s a customised double-decker RV that’s essentially a house on wheels. 40ft long, sleeps ten, fully functioning kitchen, toilet, shower, 3 TVs and only costs about €1million. I’ll take two. Check out this beast on the SLRV website here.
Another true crime story from Netflix, Don’t F**k With Cats is a 3-part documentary that follows a group of online justice seekers trying to track down a guy who posted a video of him killing kittens on the Internet (don’t worry, you don’t see anything gruesome in it). I don’t want to say any more and ruin it for you, but there are so many twists and turns it’s hard to believe that it actually happened. Definitely watch it yourself and let me know what you think.

A song I heard in the gym this morning that will definitely get you in the weekend mood. You might even recognise the sample!
