It's the first Friday of December, how's everyone doing? Here are 5 things I'd like to share with you today:
Ever wondered why Britain is located in the middle of every world map? Filmmaker, journalist and world traveller Johnny Harris decided to find out why, and it's got to do with trains, map makers and politics. Check out his latest video below to learn all about it.
I've been bingeing on this podcast all week and am loving it (shout-out to Amelia Caulfied for the recommendation!). I've never really been a fan of Dax Shepard as an actor, but alongside his co-host Monica Padman, he's totally nailed the podcast format and has had some fantastic conversations on his show. Check out Armchair Expert here.
It can be tricky when big brands try to be edgy or funny on social media, and more often than not it ends up being a total fail. Not this time though. Yesterday Netflix US tweeted "what’s something you can say during sex but also when you manage a brand twitter account?" and it's gone viral, with companies like Ben & Jerrys and Red Bull replying with some great one-liners. Even Aer Lingus got in on the action! Check out the tweet thread below.

“Great creators don’t necessarily have the deepest expertise but rather seek out the broadest perspectives.” - Adam Grant
Spotify launched their popular yearly Spotify Wrapped feature earlier in the week. The website reveals how many minutes of music you've listened to in 2019, along with your top artists, songs and genres. My top artist was John Mayer (I listened to 61 hours worth of him!) and my most played song was "In The Blood", so made sense to include it here. Enjoy!
