Ho ho ho! Dublin is buzzing, it's the last Friday before Christmas and merriment is in the air!
Last weekend I binged watched the entire season of Netflix's latest sci-fi show Dark. It's all in German but can be watched dubbed or subtitled in English. I'd recommend the latter. The premise is simple, but the show is complex. The disappearance of two young children in the German town of Winden brings light to the fractured relationships, double lives, and the dark past of four families living there, revealing a mystery that spans three generations. I'd really recommend checking this out over Christmas. Just make sure to give it your full attention... so that means putting your phone away!

Seth Godin probably has one of the best and most successful blogs of all time. Each day he posts small nuggets of wisdom, which are typically only 100-200 words long. Wednesday's posts, Make Better Tacos, is one I think all entrepreneurs, business owners and salespeople could do with reading. Click here.
Well, actually, my girlfriend bought: the Lumie Arabica SAD light. It's a mid-sized lightbox that emits cool white light in order to treat the symptoms of SAD, lift your mood, boost concentration and restore natural energy. I haven't gotten a proper chance to use it just yet as it only arrived a couple of days ago, but there's a lot of supporting information out there on the benefits of SAD lights, especially at this time of year. I look forward to trying it and hopefully seeing some mood-boosting improvements. Do you have one or know someone who does? Has it worked for them?
