I'm delighted to have been invited along again this year to Dublin Tech Summit, taking place this Wednesday and Thursday (April 18th & 19th) at The Convention Centre, Dublin.
After a hugely successful inaugural event last year, DTS is back again to bring together global leaders in innovation, technology and business with the aim of shaping the future of global trends and technologies. Last year's event saw 10,000 attendees from 72 countries, over 250 speakers, 500 media and 150 exhibitors across the 2-day summit. This year looks to be even bigger with the launch of Dublin Tech Week kicking off today all across the city. This year's summit speakers include YouTube creator Casey Neistat, former Bitcoin Foundation director Jinyoung Englund and Twitter EMEA Vice President Bruce Daisley, as well as whole host of companies such as Slack, Airbnb, Google and more.
I really enjoyed last year's event (one of my highlights being the talking robot) and I'm looking forward to seeing what's in store this time around. It's great to see another homegrown tech summit gaining traction after the unfortunate departure of Websummit back in 2016. Here's hoping DTS will become even bigger and better.
If you're heading along this year, connect with me on the DTS app and let's grab a coffee. If you're not.. why not?! Grab a ticket here and I'll see you in a few days!
