I've had a pretty stressful past month. July just wasn't great for many reasons - and most outside of my own control unfortunately. Bad anxiety, lots of low points and an overall tough time mental health wise. But thankfully things are starting to look up. After a really good yoga session this evening (on my office roof garden might I add!) and a reflection on all things related to my life, I've started to really take note of all the little moments and time for myself.
I've started to focus on positivity and progression even more than before and start to rid my life of persistent negativity - whether that be people, situations, feelings or actions - as much as I can. It might sound like a load of bullshit but it works. It really works, or at least helps. Even the smallest of changes in your life can make a huge impact. It takes time, but keep at it.
